Rich French came out for my service call. He looked at the thermostat, then went out to the AC unit. He asked what it was, or more accurately, what it wasn’t doing. I told him it wasn’t cooling and when my other unit went out, it was the capacitor.
He checked that, determined it was indeed not working, and replaced it. He arrived, got it fixed, and cooling all in under 25 minutes. He was very professional and quick with the work. I highly recommend Rich and Pro Price Heating & Cooling LLC.

Was advised by my home warranty company to call Pro Price Heating & Cooling in Spring Valley. Our condenser failed during a 115-degree Nevada summer week! I was pleasantly surprised that when requested, the office made a priority appointment to evaluate our home, which is miles away in Pahrump. Our unit was 25 years old, and we decided to replace the entire A/C system. The installer, Dustin, arrived the next afternoon and worked late into the night with his brother in our sweltering hot attic to bring cool, fresh air conditioned air. It saved us having to move out. The price was also reasonable, and we received a cash pay and elderly discount. It’s unfortunate the home warranty plan paid very minimal to credit us.
