The team does a great job in support of Choice Home Warranty, and Jordan was very professional with a good reflection of expertise. The owner also provided good feedback and an excellent estimate regarding potential for full AC system replacement rather than only home warranty-funded temporary repair. Through assessment communication, the replacement of the failing and electrically non-efficient compressor type and duct system that uses a no longer legal, made R22 Freon system is not supported by Choice Home Warranty or most others anymore like they did with the downstairs system in 2022. Good to know.
