I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the company ProPrice, and especially to their technician Dustin. My air conditioner was in very poor condition. It was not blowing cold air, which was very uncomfortable, especially during hot days.
Dustin arrived very quickly after my request and immediately impressed me with his professional attitude. He worked very efficiently, explained clearly what the problem was and how he would fix it, and it was obvious that he is highly skilled and experienced in his work.
In a very short time, he managed to identify and resolve the issue, and my air conditioner is now working perfectly again. It cools properly and runs smoothly. I am extremely satisfied with both the result and the overall service.
I highly recommend Dustin and the company ProPrice to anyone who has issues with their air conditioner. They are professional, fast, and reliable, truly deserving of full trust!

My tenant reported the AC was only blowing warm air. We tried turning it off for a while, but it was still OOC. Called the home warranty company, which said Pro Price Gear & Cooling had 48 hours to set a service date. The next morning (Wed) they sent a message their tech would arrive Monday afternoon!
Our highs were over 100! So I called their customer service. A very nice lady checked and added a 3:30 call to their tech Rudy, who was in my area! He arrived 39 minutes early and climbed through the hot attic and onto the roof while I drove over to open the condo. He quickly found the problem once he confirmed which of 24 units was mine. He replaced the caps, checked the rest, and confirmed the cooling was working properly. Rudy was very professional, even though he still had a 90-minute drive back home.

The first go around with this company didn’t go well… Then a lady named Gwen, who is responsible, reliable, warm-hearted, and a fixer, got involved… She sent a man named Richard, who, after much difficulty, figured out the problem… It was a real hard thing to deal with, being that it’s so hot in Vegas and I couldn’t get the right answers, so this company came around and had my back.
I just used this company again today… The tech was kind, professional, and fixed the problem… As always, Gwen is the person that runs the company that makes it all magical!
