At Pro Price Heating & Cooling, our team works together to provide heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services for homes and businesses across Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. Each person plays a clear role in keeping projects organized, communicating with customers, and completing work in the field.

We train our technicians on an ongoing basis and keep our office staff closely involved in daily schedules, service requests, and follow-ups. This structure helps us stay ready for same-day appointments, weekend visits, and emergency calls.

Leadership and Direction

Our leadership team sets our standards for honest service, transparent pricing, and careful work. Leadership reviews the daily schedule, tracks incoming calls from customer service, and checks the status of maintenance and repair visits so we stay ahead of customer needs.

By staying close to the work in the field and the activity in the office, leadership helps align team training, tools, and processes with the demands of the Las Vegas area climate and local building requirements.

Customer Service and Scheduling Team

Our customer service and scheduling team serves as the first point of contact when you call Pro Price Heating & Cooling at (775) 571-6614. This group records service requests, answers basic questions about appointments, and matches technicians to each visit.

Maintenance and Warranty Support

Our maintenance and warranty support team focuses on ongoing service and long-term coverage. They schedule seasonal tune-ups, document maintenance visits, and help track labor warranties connected to installed equipment.

This group works closely with technicians and customer service to:
